This style of floor is very hard to repair if you don't have the experience, fortunately we do and here is a perfect example of five finger mosaic.

Chelmsford museums' flooring is over 50yrs old and we were asked to bring it back to life. We built our own blocks as they were not available to buy. As you can see below, it was very fiddly but we managed to restore it to brand new.

At Hylands House, we restored the doors and floors in many rooms. This is an iconic wedding and event venue in Chelmsford.
Stripped staircase
This staircase was chemically stripped, repaired, stained and lacquered. It is a fantastic technique to transform the original staircase.
